Samsung Galaxy F12 Production
Samsung Galaxy F41 has already landed on the Indian market and is basically a modified version of the Samsung Galaxy M31 smartphone.
A recent leak reveals that Samsung is preparing another Galaxy F series device which would represent the second addition to the new budget smartphone series that has been launched in India.
Some leaked photos show the rear panel of a Samsung smartphone that has model numbers M127F / F127G engraved on it suggesting that this alleged device could be launched as Samsung Galaxy M12 or even Samsung Galaxy F12.
Since the Galaxy F series seems to borrow a lot from the Galaxy M series, it’s no surprise that a model number referring to the Galaxy M appears on this part as well.
Samsung Galaxy M12 is being developed at Samsung’s factory in India and if the company followed the same strategy seen with the Galaxy F41 and Galaxy M31, the Samsung Galaxy F12 would lack some features compared to the Galaxy M12, even if they will be nearly identical.
From the leaked images you can distinguish a textured finish on the rear panel and also the layout of the quad rear camera, in addition to the side buttons and the USB Type-C ports and headphone jack, and the speaker grille that will be located on the lower edge of the smartphone, while you can’t see any cutout for the rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
There are no details on the camera setup yet, however it is believed that the Samsung Galaxy F12 will be equipped with a 6.7-inch Infinity-O display and an impressive 7,000mAh battery.
Full technical specifications are not known at this time, but we expect them to be quite modest, as we are talking about a budget smartphone.
